Where can I find the bus at the airport?

The bus platform is located at the bus station or Transportation Centre (CTR) situated on the west side between terminals T1 (domestic) and T2 (international).

If you're arriving from a domestic flight: You should walk on the first level of the airport towards exit No. 6, and just a few metres further west, you'll find the bus station or Transportation Centre (CTR).

If you're arriving from an international flight: You can catch the service on the 3rd lane of the first level, between exits 4 and 5.

How much does the ticket cost and how do I pay?

The one-way ticket is priced at CLP$2,300 and the round trip ticket at CLP$3,900..

As a second option, from Santiago the ticket can also be purchased with a bank card at the time of boarding the bus through our staff. From the airport, you can purchase your ticket with cash or a bank card at the counters located at the national departure (T1), Bus Station or at the platform in the international sector (T2).

Tickets purchased at sales counters in the airport can be used throughout the day they were purchased, on any of our services along the indicated route, and that's why the indicated time corresponds to the time of printing and not the execution of the journey to be made.

All tickets purchased at counters and ticket offices include a QR code, which you must protect from damage so it can be read correctly when boarding the bus.

Remember to request and keep your ticket as proof of payment for the fare paid.

Can I use the return ticket on a different day?

When purchasing a round-trip ticket, the return ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Remember, the ticket is validated via a QR code that must be in good condition to be scanned.

Round-trip tickets are only available for purchase at airport counters.

How long does the trip take?

The total round trip has an estimated duration of 40 minutes.

Is it possible to make reservations?

Our frequent departures mean that making reservations in advance is not necessary.

The availability of tickets offered through external channels is not related to the availability of tickets offered directly by the company.

Can I bring luggage?

The transportation of luggage is determined by the availability of designated space on the bus you wish to board. You are allowed to transport up to 2 pieces of luggage per person, and the maximum size cannot exceed that of a large suitcase.

Can I travel with pets?

Traveling with pets is allowed as long as they are in appropriate carriers or transport boxes, which must be placed in the luggage area inside the bus or on the passenger's lap depending on their size.

Loose pets or pets in lower compartments are not allowed.

What if I need to travel and there is no more passenger or luggage capacity on the bus?

You will need to board the next bus scheduled to stop at the authorized stop within the adjusted schedule frequency. Please remember that the frequency at intermediate stops may vary according to traffic and safety conditions on the route.

What are the authorized credentials to access the government employee fare?

These are the TICA credentials issued to airport employees by the Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) or credentials from companies that have agreements with Centropuerto.

How do I arrange a company agreement with Centropuerto?
