WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING YOUR TICKET IN ADVANCE VIA OUR WEBSITE!
Alternatively, if you're travelling from Santiago, you can also purchase your ticket with a bank card when boarding the bus through our staff. From the airport, you can purchase your ticket in cash or with a bank card at the counters located at the domestic exit (T1), Bus Station, or at the international platform (T2).
Tickets purchased at airport sales counters can be used throughout the day they are bought, on any of our services on the specified route. Therefore, the time stated corresponds to the time of printing, not the time of the journey.
All tickets purchased at counters and ticket offices come with a QR code, which you must ensure does not get damaged to be read correctly when boarding the bus.
Remember to demand and keep your ticket as proof of payment for the fare paid.
Can I use the return ticket on another day?
When you purchase a return ticket, the return ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Remember that the ticket is validated through a QR code which must be in optimal condition to be scanned.
Return tickets are only available for purchase at airport counters.
How long does the journey take?
The total journey in both directions has an estimated duration of 40 minutes.
Is it possible to make bookings?
Our frequent departures mean that there is no need to make bookings in advance.
The availability of tickets sold through external channels is not related to the availability of tickets offered directly by the company.
Can I bring luggage?
The transport of luggage is determined by the availability of space allocated for it on the bus you wish to board. You are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage per person, and the maximum size cannot exceed that of a large suitcase.
Can I bring pets on board?
Transporting pets is allowed as long as they are in appropriate carriers or cages, which must be placed in the designated luggage area inside the bus, or on the passenger's lap depending on their size.
Transporting pets loose or in the lower luggage compartments is not permitted.
What should I do if I need to travel and there's no more passenger or luggage capacity on the bus?
You will need to board the next bus, which should arrive at the authorised stop according to the scheduled frequency. Remember that the frequency at intermediate stops may vary depending on traffic conditions and route safety.
What are the authorised credentials for accessing the staff fare?
These include the TICA identification issued to airport staff by the Civil Aviation Directorate (DGAC) or identification from companies that have an agreement with Centropuerto.
How do I arrange a partnership between my company and Centropuerto?
